Titled “From Dysbiosis to Disease: Managing Gut Autoimmunity in IBD,” this evidence-rich keynote will guide attendees through the latest research on microbial patterns in Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, including the loss of butyrate producers, increased oral species, and disrupted gut barrier integrity. Brad will present a clinically grounded, microbiome-centred model for managing IBD, highlighting how targeted nutrition, prebiotics, nutraceuticals, and lifestyle interventions can improve immune tolerance and reduce inflammation.
