Terms, privacy and care policies
What to expect when you book a consultation, buy a program or use drbradleech.com, and how we look after your information.
Website Terms of Use
These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses drbradleech.com (the Site). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
- Who we are. The Site is operated by Dr Brad Leech Pty Ltd (ABN 51 694 351 025) (we, us, our). Clinical Care by Dr Brad Leech and The Academy by Dr Brad Leech are names we use for our services, not separate businesses. You can contact us at info@drbradleech.com.
- What the Site is for. The Site provides educational information about gut health, the microbiome and nutrition, lets you book and pay for consultations, and lets you buy courses, toolkits and mentoring. Some parts of the Site have extra terms, set out in the Clinical Disclaimer, Appointments, Fees and Cancellations, Telehealth, Clients Outside Australia and New Zealand, Treatment Plans, Supplements and Testing, Privacy Policy and Digital Products, Courses and Mentoring sections. If those terms conflict with these ones, the more specific terms apply to that service.
- Who can use the Site. You must be 18 or older to book a consultation or buy a product in your own name. A parent or guardian may book for a child, and the extra rules in the Telehealth and Privacy Policy sections apply.
- Using the Site properly. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to copy, scrape or bulk download its content, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, give false information, or use our content to train an AI model or build a competing product without our written consent.
- Accounts and logins. You do not need a login to book a consultation. Our educational content, such as courses and mentoring programs, is accessed through a login on our course platform (Teachable). Keep your login details secure and do not share them. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
- Third-party services and links. We use other providers to run the Site and our services, including Simple Clinics (booking), Zoom (consultations), Microsoft OneDrive (storage), Stripe and Square (payments), Squarespace (website and newsletter), Teachable (courses and the Teachable app), ManyChat (automated and AI-assisted replies to social media messages), Claude by Anthropic (AI assistant) and Microba (testing). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites we link to.
- Social media messages. If you message us on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn, the platform’s own terms apply. Replies are a combination of messages written by a person and messages written by AI, and some are sent automatically. They are general information only, not clinical advice, and do not create a practitioner and patient relationship. Please do not send health information or urgent concerns through social media messages. Social media messages are not a secure channel.
- Availability. We aim to keep the Site running but do not promise it will always be available or error free.
- Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site applies, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the update. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. See Contact, Complaints and Governing Law for details.
The next five sections apply when you book, attend or receive care from Clinical Care by Dr Brad Leech.
Clinical Disclaimer
The information on this Site is general education. It is not medical advice, and reading it does not create a practitioner and patient relationship with us.
In New Zealand, call 111.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 in Australia, or call or text 1737 in New Zealand. We do not monitor email or messages for urgent matters.
- General information only. Content on the Site does not take your personal circumstances into account. It is not a substitute for advice from your GP, specialist or other treating health professional.
- Who Dr Leech is. Dr Brad Leech holds a PhD and practises as a clinical nutritionist and herbalist. The title “Dr” refers to his doctoral qualification. He is not a registered medical practitioner, does not diagnose any condition and does not prescribe medication. He may request pathology tests where appropriate. He is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).
- Do not change prescribed medicines without your doctor. Do not stop, reduce or start any medicine because of something on the Site. Tell your GP about any herbs, supplements or dietary changes, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medicines or about to have surgery.
- No guarantee of results. Everyone responds differently. Case studies, examples, reviews and testimonials describe what happened for one person and are not a promise of what will happen for you.
- Evidence changes. Research summaries reflect the evidence at the date of publication and may be out of date.
- Testing has limits. Microbiome and other test results are one piece of information. They do not diagnose a condition by themselves and must be interpreted alongside your history and your doctor’s advice.
- Children. Nutritional and herbal approaches for children need extra care. Please involve your child’s GP or paediatrician.
- Independence and relationships we disclose. Dr Leech is employed by Microba Life Sciences as Lead Clinical Educator and uses Microba testing in clinical practice. He holds an Adjunct Fellow appointment at the National Centre for Naturopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University, speaks at industry events and provides product formulation consulting to supplement brands. The views on this Site are his own and do not represent Microba or any other organisation. Dr Leech may earn a commission on some supplements he recommends, on Microba tests and on pathology he requests. We tell you this so you can make an informed choice. You are free to buy any recommended supplement from any retailer.
Appointments, Fees and Cancellations
These terms apply when you book a consultation with Clinical Care by Dr Brad Leech. By booking, you agree to them.
- Booking and payment. Consultations are booked through Simple Clinics. Payment is due as set out on the booking page, where you can also see our current fees. Fees are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
- Medicare and private health insurance. Our consultations are not covered by Medicare. Private health fund rebates may be available depending on your fund, your level of cover and the practitioner recognition rules of your fund. We cannot confirm your eligibility, so please check with your fund before you book.
- Before your first appointment. You must complete the intake forms and consent before your first consultation. Please give accurate and complete information, including your medicines, supplements, allergies, medical history and any pregnancy. We rely on what you tell us.
- Changing or cancelling. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. You can reschedule once at no charge with that notice.
- Late cancellation and missed appointments. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, you must pay the full consultation fee (100%). We may waive the fee in cases of genuine emergency or illness at our discretion.
- Late arrival. If you join late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time, and the full fee applies.
- If we cancel. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will offer you another time or a full refund of the fee you paid for that appointment.
- Refunds. If we have not provided a consultation we agreed to provide, you are entitled to a refund. You are also entitled to the remedies in the Australian Consumer Law, which this section does not limit.
- Testing and supplements are separate. Test kits, laboratory fees and supplements are not included in the consultation fee unless we say so in writing.
- Between appointments. Please do not use email or messages for urgent health concerns. We aim to reply to non-urgent messages within a few business days. Messages between appointments are for brief administrative questions. If you need clinical advice, please book a follow-up consultation.
- Ending care. We may decline to start or continue care if it is not suitable for you, if we cannot provide a safe service online, or if these terms are not followed. We will help you find appropriate care elsewhere where we can.
- Fee changes. We may change our fees. The fee shown when you book is the fee you pay for that booking.
Telehealth Consultations
Our clinic is fully online. Consultations take place by video or phone, using Zoom. By booking, you agree to the following.
- Online care has limits. We cannot carry out a physical examination. Online care suits many people but not everyone. If we think you need an in-person assessment, urgent care or a GP review, we will tell you and may refer you.
- Your location and safety. At the start of each consultation we will ask where you are, so we can contact emergency services if needed. Please join from a private place with a reliable internet connection and a working phone, and tell us if anyone else can hear the consultation. If your condition becomes urgent, call 000 (111 in New Zealand) or go to your nearest emergency department.
- Recording and transcripts. We record consultations on Zoom, or use Zoom’s transcript, and save them securely to our OneDrive so that we can keep accurate notes and prepare your treatment plan. We do this with your consent, given on your intake form or at the start of your consultation. If you prefer that we do not record, tell us before your consultation or at any time, and we will not. Please do not record or screenshot a consultation yourself without our written permission.
- Technology problems. If the connection fails, we will try to reach you by phone. If the failure is on our side, we will reschedule at no charge. If it is on your side, the cancellation terms may apply.
- Privacy and security. We use platforms that encrypt information in transit, but no electronic communication is completely secure. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
- Where you are located. We provide consultations to patients located in Australia and New Zealand. Anyone located elsewhere is a general health coaching client, and the section on Clients Outside Australia and New Zealand applies. This includes someone who is usually in Australia or New Zealand but is overseas at the time of the session. We can only offer a consultation if it is lawful for us to do so where you are.
- Children. For a patient under 18, a parent or guardian must book, give consent and attend the consultation, except where we agree otherwise in writing. We may speak with the child separately where it is appropriate.
- Sharing information with your doctor. With your consent, we may send a summary of your consultation and treatment plan to your GP or other treating practitioner. We encourage you to keep them informed.
Clients Outside Australia and New Zealand
We offer clinical consultations only to people located in Australia and New Zealand. If you are located anywhere else, including when you are travelling, we can offer general health coaching only, and this section applies to you.
- What we offer. General health coaching and education. Sessions are not clinical consultations and do not create a practitioner and patient relationship. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and nothing we say is individual medical, nutritional or herbal advice.
- Your own healthcare. Please rely on your own doctor, pharmacist and other licensed health professionals in your country for diagnosis and treatment. Do not delay, change or stop any care because of something we say.
- Products and tests. We do not recommend or supply supplements, herbal medicines or tests to people outside Australia and New Zealand, because products that are lawful and safe in Australia may not be where you live.
- Local laws. You are responsible for making sure that taking part is lawful where you live. By booking, you confirm that you have read this section and accept it.
- Governing law. Queensland law applies, and the courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent the law allows. Laws in your country that cannot be excluded may still apply.
- Where legal claims are heard. If we cannot settle a disagreement by talking it through, any legal claim must be brought in an Australian court, being the courts of Queensland. To the extent the law allows, we do not agree to take part in legal proceedings in any other country. We would much rather talk first, so please write to us at info@drbradleech.com and we will do our best to put things right.
- Privacy. Our Privacy Policy applies to your information.
Treatment Plans, Supplements and Testing
These terms apply to the care we provide, including treatment plans, supplement and herbal recommendations and test interpretation.
- Your plan is personal. A treatment plan is written for you, based on the information you give us. It is not suitable for anyone else, and you must not share, copy or sell it. If your health, medicines or circumstances change, tell us before you continue.
- Follow-up matters. Plans are designed to be reviewed. Please attend follow-up consultations as recommended, so we can adjust your plan.
- Tell us everything. Please tell us about all medicines, supplements, allergies, intolerances, pregnancy or breastfeeding, planned surgery and any history of disordered eating. Some herbs and supplements can interact with medicines or be unsuitable in certain conditions.
- Supplements and herbal medicines. We only recommend products that are included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. Being on the register does not mean a product has been assessed as effective for your condition. If you have a reaction, stop the product and seek medical help. You can report an adverse event to the Therapeutic Goods Administration. Dr Leech may earn a commission on some of the supplements we recommend. You are free to buy them from any retailer.
- Dietary advice. Dietary changes carry risks for some people. Please do not make major dietary changes without telling us about any medical conditions, and involve your GP where the changes are significant.
- Testing. You buy Microba tests through us, and we request the test from Microba on your behalf. Microba, not us, processes your sample and is responsible for the laboratory process and the accuracy of the results. Microba’s own terms and privacy policy apply to what it does. You agree that results may be sent to us so we can interpret them for you.
- Interpretation has limits. A test result is a snapshot. It does not diagnose a disease and may need to be followed up with pathology ordered through your GP.
- Test fees. Test fees are paid to us when you order. Once we have requested the test from Microba, the fee is not refundable except as the law requires. We may earn a commission on Microba tests and on pathology we request.
- Referral. We may recommend that you see your GP or another practitioner, or that we write to them, and we will ask for your consent before doing so.
- No guarantee of results. We use our professional skill and care, but we cannot guarantee a particular outcome.
Privacy Policy
We handle your personal information, including your health information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. For people in New Zealand, we also take account of the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). Health information is sensitive, and we treat it with extra care. This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it and what your choices are.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. Who we are
Dr Brad Leech Pty Ltd (ABN 51 694 351 025) operates the clinic and education business at drbradleech.com. Before February 2026, services were provided by Brad Leech as a sole trader, a business that began in 2012. Records from that time are now held by the company and are covered by this policy. Our privacy contact is Dr Brad Leech at info@drbradleech.com.
2. What we collect
- Your name, contact details, date of birth and billing details. Your payment provider handles your card details.
- Health information: your history, symptoms, medicines and supplements, diet and lifestyle, family history, test results (including microbiome sequencing and any pathology you share), consultation notes, Zoom recordings and transcripts, and treatment plans.
- Information about a child, collected from a parent or guardian, and information about family members that is relevant to your care.
- Information from other health professionals, where you ask or consent.
- Course and account information, including your purchases and learning progress.
- Technical information about how you use the Site, such as your IP address, device, pages visited and cookies.
- Your communications with us, including emails, messages you send through the Site or social media, and your newsletter subscription and marketing preferences.
3. How we collect it
We collect information directly from you through forms, consultations, email, social media messages and the Site. With your consent, we also collect it from testing providers such as Microba and from your other health professionals. We collect some technical information automatically.
4. Why we collect and use it
- To provide care: assessing your health, interpreting tests, preparing treatment plans and following up.
- To run the business: booking, billing, record keeping, insurance and meeting legal duties.
- To provide courses and support for students and practitioners.
- To improve our services, using information that has been de-identified.
- To send you news and offers, including our newsletter, Microbiome Monthly, only where you have agreed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we follow the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
- For teaching and presentations, we use patient cases only in de-identified form and only where you ticked the consent box on your new patient intake form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, which will not affect material already presented. We never publish identifiable patient information without your written consent.
5. Our use of AI tools
We record consultations on Zoom, or use Zoom’s transcript, and save them to our OneDrive. We then use Claude, an AI assistant provided by Anthropic, to help prepare your treatment plan from the transcript and the documents you give us, such as intake forms and test results. These may include information that identifies you.
Claude produces a draft only. Dr Leech reviews, edits and approves every treatment plan, and no clinical decision is made by AI alone. No decision about your care, your fees or your access to our services is made by a computer program.
We use Claude through a paid account, and we have turned off the setting that allows Anthropic to use our conversations to train its models. We also use AI tools to help reply to some social media messages, so please do not include health information in a social media message.
Your choice. If you do not want us to record consultations or use AI tools with your information, tell us before your consultation or at any time, and we will not. We will write your notes and plan without them.
6. Who we share it with
| Who | When and why |
|---|---|
| Service providers | They help us run the clinic and Site, including Simple Clinics (booking), Zoom (consultations and transcripts), Microsoft OneDrive (storage), Stripe and Square (payments), Squarespace (website, forms and newsletters), Teachable (courses and the Teachable app), ManyChat (automated and AI-assisted replies to social media messages), our accountants and bookkeepers, and Anthropic (Claude, our AI assistant). They may only use your information to provide their service to us. |
| Social media platforms | If you message us on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn, that platform handles your message under its own privacy policy. |
| Microba | When you order a test. We request the test from Microba on your behalf and give them the details needed to order it and process your sample. Microba’s own privacy policy applies to what it holds. |
| Your GP or other treating practitioners | With your consent. |
| Emergency services and others at risk | Where we reasonably believe it is necessary to lessen or prevent a serious threat to the life, health or safety of a person or the public. |
| Government bodies, courts, regulators and others | Where the law requires or allows it. |
| Our insurers and legal advisers | If needed to manage a claim or complaint. |
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Disclosure overseas
Some of our providers store or process information outside Australia, including Anthropic, Zoom, Stripe, Square, Squarespace, Teachable, ManyChat and the social media platforms, which may use servers in the United States and other countries. Before we disclose your information overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure the provider handles it in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, for example through contract terms and security requirements.
8. How we keep it secure
We store records electronically in Simple Clinics and Microsoft OneDrive, protected by the security controls of those platforms, such as password protection and encryption. Only people who need access for your care or our business can see them. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
9. If something goes wrong
If there is a data breach that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires.
10. How long we keep it
We keep health records for at least 10 years after your last consultation, and for a child until they turn 25 or for 10 years, whichever is longer. After that, we securely destroy or de-identify them unless the law requires us to keep them. If the practice closes or is sold, we will arrange for your records to be kept securely for the required period, and we will take reasonable steps to tell you how to get a copy.
11. Your rights to access and correct
You can ask to see your information or to correct it. Please email info@drbradleech.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. We may refuse access in limited cases the law allows, and if we do, we will tell you why. We do not charge you for making a request. If providing access involves significant work, we may charge a reasonable fee, and we will tell you before we start. You can also withdraw any consent you have given us at any time, and we will tell you what that means for your care or services.
12. Website, cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technology to work properly and to understand how it is used, including the analytics provided by Squarespace. We do not send your health information, consultation details or test results to advertising platforms. You can change cookie settings in your browser.
13. Children
We collect a child’s information from their parent or guardian, who consents on the child’s behalf. Where an older child is mature enough to make their own decisions, we will involve them in decisions about their information.
14. Anonymity
You can browse the Site without giving your name. For clinical care we need to know who you are, so we cannot provide a consultation anonymously or under a pseudonym.
15. Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first at info@drbradleech.com. We will acknowledge it within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au, 1300 363 992) or the Office of the Health Ombudsman Queensland (oho.qld.gov.au, 133 646). If you are in New Zealand, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz) or the Health and Disability Commissioner (hdc.org.nz).
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on the Site, with its date at the top.
Back to contentsThe next section applies when you buy a course, toolkit, webinar or mentoring place from The Academy by Dr Brad Leech.
Digital Products, Courses and Mentoring
These terms apply when you buy a course, clinical toolkit, webinar, mentoring place or other product from The Academy by Dr Brad Leech. They sit alongside the Website Terms of Use.
- Education, not clinical advice. Our education content is educational. It does not replace your own clinical judgement, training, scope of practice or the advice of a patient’s treating doctor. If you are a practitioner, you remain responsible for the care you give and for checking that your use of any material is within your scope, your regulatory requirements and your insurance.
- Who it is for. Practitioner products, including the Microbiome, Autoimmune and Paediatric Microbiome Mentoring programs, are intended for qualified health practitioners and students. By buying one, you confirm that you are in one of those groups. Patient courses and webinars, including The Complete Gut Health Course, are general education for the public. They do not replace a consultation or your doctor’s advice, and buying one does not make you a patient of Clinical Care by Dr Brad Leech.
- Buying. Courses and toolkits are sold through Teachable and our payment providers. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Promotional prices and codes apply only for the period and conditions stated, and cannot be transferred. Live and self-paced versions of a program are separate purchases, and buying one does not include or convert to the other. Bundles and bundle prices apply to self-paced programs only.
- Your licence. When you buy, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning and practice for the access period shown on the product page. Self-paced programs are available on demand through Teachable and the Teachable mobile app. You must not share your login, copy, record, resell or publish the content, or present our materials as your own. You may use patient handouts and templates with your own patients, and you may not edit out or replace our name or branding unless we say you can.
- Certification. Where we issue a certificate, such as Certified Microbiome Clinician, Certified Autoimmune Clinician or Certified Paediatric Microbiome Clinician, it confirms that you completed our program. It is not a registration, licence or accreditation from any regulator or professional body, and it does not qualify you to practise in any profession. You may use the badge and credential statement we supply, unaltered, while it remains accurate.
- CPE points. Where a program states that it awards continuing professional education (CPE) points, we award them on completion. Whether your professional association accepts them is for you to confirm with that association.
- Refunds. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, or once you have accessed the content. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which include a refund or replacement if a digital product has a major problem, such as content that is not delivered or is not as described.
- Mentoring. Live mentoring runs on set dates over Zoom, and places are limited. Session dates and times are given when you enrol, and if we need to cancel a session, we will offer another time. Self-paced programs are on demand and have no live sessions, and any Q&A they include is prerecorded. Mentoring is educational and does not create a clinical relationship with you or any of your patients.
- Case discussions and patient privacy. When you share or discuss a patient case in mentoring or the practitioner community, you must remove information that could identify the patient, such as names, contact details, dates of birth and unique circumstances, unless the patient has given written consent. You are responsible for meeting your own privacy and consent duties.
- Community behaviour. Be respectful, keep other members’ cases and contributions confidential, and do not use the community to promote your own products without our permission. We may remove a member who breaches these rules and we are not required to give a refund in that case.
- No guarantee of business results. We do not promise that completing a course or program will increase your income, patient numbers or clinical outcomes.
- Updates. We may update or retire content from time to time. We aim to keep content current but do not promise to update it after you buy it.
- Third parties. Teachable, the Teachable mobile app and our payment providers have their own terms and privacy policies, and some of your information may be stored overseas. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Mentoring programs and one-on-one mentoring
These terms apply to every mentoring program, small group and one-on-one mentoring session. They sit alongside the terms above.
- General advice only. Everything shared in mentoring, including case discussions, feedback, examples, templates and treatment plan reviews, is general educational information and professional opinion. It is not advice about any individual patient and it is not clinical supervision.
- You remain responsible for your patients. You are solely responsible for assessing each patient, for deciding what treatment and recommendations are right for them, and for the advice you give. Those decisions are made in your own professional discretion and judgement, and within your scope of practice, training and regulatory requirements.
- We take no responsibility for the advice you give. To the extent the law allows, Dr Brad Leech Pty Ltd and Dr Leech are not responsible for any advice, treatment or recommendation that you or anyone else gives to a patient, whether or not it was discussed in mentoring, and are not liable for any loss or harm arising from it.
- Information you give us. Our input depends on the information you share. We do not examine your patients, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of what you tell us.
- Your insurance and obligations. You must hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance and comply with your own association, regulator and legal duties. You must also protect patient privacy as set out in the case discussions term above.
- Your rights under the law. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows, our liability to you for a problem with the mentoring service is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
- Acknowledgement. By joining a mentoring program or booking a mentoring session, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
Reviews, Testimonials, Intellectual Property and Liability
Reviews, testimonials and case stories
People may choose to review our services, for example on Google. These reviews are given voluntarily and are written by the people who post them. We do not require anyone to leave a review. Reviews on Google and other platforms are the opinions of the people who wrote them, they appear on platforms we do not control, and each platform’s own terms apply to them.
Where the Site itself shows a testimonial or case story, we have the person’s written consent, and we remove or change details that could identify them unless they agreed to be named. Results vary from person to person, and a review or story is not a promise that you will have the same result. We do not use testimonials to promote a specific therapeutic good. If we reply to a review in public, we will not confirm whether the person is a patient or discuss their care.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, slides, toolkits, clinical frameworks and methodology, certification badges, graphics, logos, and the names Dr Brad Leech, Clinical Care by Dr Brad Leech and The Academy by Dr Brad Leech, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print content for your own personal use. You must not copy, adapt, distribute, sell or publish it, or use it to train an AI model, without our written permission. If you would like to use our material, please ask.
If you post a review, comment or other content on the Site, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it, and you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it is not false or defamatory.
Limitation of liability
Our goods and services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees or any other right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:
- we are not responsible for loss caused by your reliance on general information on the Site, which is educational only;
- we are not responsible for loss caused by you not giving us accurate and complete information, not following the advice we gave you, or changing your medicines without your doctor’s advice;
- we are not responsible for the acts, products, services or results of third parties, including testing providers, supplement manufacturers and platforms, or for reviews and other content that other people write; and
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost income or lost opportunity.
We hold professional indemnity insurance.
